APS Breaks Ground on Two New Upset Training Facilities in Arizona


Aviation Performance Solutions (APS) announced breaking ground today on two new facilities at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport including a dedicated facility to serve as the APS world headquarters. The new facilities support APS’ capacity needs to accommodate rapidly growing demand for Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT).

Mesa, AZ – February 18, 2020 – Aviation Performance Solutions (APS), a global leader in Upset Prevention and Recovery Training (UPRT), broke ground today on a new 25,000 sqft headquarters and a 40,000 sqft support facility located on a 4.5 acre premium lot at the north end of the airfield at the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport (KIWA). Features of these new upset training facilities in addition to the expansive hangar additions include dedicated operational training areas with expanded classrooms, briefing rooms, flight simulation, integrated multi-media technologies, indoor/outdoor lounge and deck areas for customers, and expanded centralized business areas for APS’s growing team of experts.
