Additionally, Dequier has received the NBAA Dr. Tony Kern Professionalism in Aviation Award, recognizing his leadership and commitment to aviation safety.

As part of this prestigious appointment, Norm will also serve on the Loss of Control In-Flight (LOC-I) Working Group, addressing aviation’s leading cause of fatalities in business aviation.
In addition to these significant responsibilities, Norm has been honored with the NBAA Dr. Tony Kern Professionalism in Aviation Award, recognizing his outstanding leadership and professionalism in supporting aviation safety.

This transition follows the completion of Paul ‘BJ’ Ransbury’s tenure as Chairman of the NBAA Safety Committee.
