Deylan was born and raised on the Big Island of Hawai’i and lived there until he was 17. He enjoyed going to the beach, fishing, and participating in various sports activities. One thing he misses about home is the food, especially the traditional Hawaiian foods.
He attended Central Washington University in Washington State and majored in professional pilot with a minor in Aviation Management. He enjoyed the new experiences living in Washington, and while a student there he pole vaulted on the track and field team.
Deylan currently has his Commercial Pilots License and is working on his CFI/CFII. His goal is to fly for an airline, specifically a major airline like Delta or Hawaiian.
