McKenna Breinholt’s responsibilities as a Flight Operations Support Specialist at APS include pre and post flight preparation for clients including cleaning the airplanes, strapping pilots in planes, uploading GoPro footage from flights, assisting pilots and administrative team with any needs, and providing excellent customer service while helping pilots feel confident and comfortable throughout their experiences at APS.
McKenna was born in Gilbert, Arizona and raised just 5 mins down the street from the Arizona location. She is a vocal recording artist on the side and has worked in the music industry for years before starting with APS. She is inspired by what APS does as a company for all of our pilots and her biggest thrill working here is seeing every customer come back from their flights smiling from ear to ear.
