Bethany served as an Operations Specialist in the U.S. Navy for eight years and is now currently a reservist. During her time in the Navy, she gained extensive experience communicating with pilots as she controlled MH-60S, CH-53, MV-22B, F-16, and F-35 aircraft. This experience has fostered her love of aviation and inspired her to continue working with pilots everyday.
In addition to her role as a Flight Operations Support Specialist, Bethany has now transitioned into the Sales Optimization Specialist at APS. This critical position within the APS sales team focuses on supporting Senior UPRT Advisors to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness in converting leads into closed deals. Her responsibilities include managing the sales funnel, leveraging automation tools, navigating internal processes for contract finalization, and providing strategic insights to ensure smooth and successful sales operations. The Sales Optimization Specialist works closely with the Senior UPRT Advisors to streamline the sales process and drive growth.
Bethany joined APS April 2023 as a Flight Operations Support Specialist her responsibilities included pre- and post-flight preparation for clients, such as cleaning the airplanes, strapping pilots in, uploading GoPro footage from flights, assisting pilots and the administrative team with their needs, and providing excellent customer service to help pilots feel confident and comfortable throughout their experience at APS.
