The on-aircraft courses offered by APS are proven, fully-comprehensive and guaranteed to develop life-saving skill that will last. Our multi-day programs are statistically proven to dramatically enhance any pilot's ability to recognize, avoid and recover from virtually any airplane upset, unusual attitude or stall/spin entry flight condition.
Right up front we'll simply tell you that developing these skills is not something you can attain in just one or two flights in a day. In fact, the minimum course we offer that guarantees a significant measure of skill development is a full 2-days of training and no less that three (3) full flights with our expert instructors. That's the baseline and has repeatedly proven itself to be valid year-after-year training thousands of pilots of all skill levels.
Attention Professional Pilots
For professional pilot, or serious private pilots with an instrument rating, the baseline 'career level' course you're looking for is our Professional Pilot Upset Recovery Training (PPURT) program. It's not our longest course nor is it our most expensive program. However, the PPURT hits all the key areas you MUST address to thoroughly be prepared to deal with airplane upsets, stall/spins scenarios and unusual attitudes in any fixed wing aircraft. No worries, you can always upgrade as needed if you feel you would like more attention in certain areas or want to integrated full flight simulator training to be thoroughly rounded in your overall flight skills.
