Faye Hamilton

Faye is the VP of Service and Customer Experience for Aviation Performance Solutions.  Faye’s experience in the aviation industry began in 1997 as an Operations Manager for an aerobatic/airshow company in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, where she developed unique skills in executive management, passenger service and safety, scheduling and announcing at airshows, and coordinating numerous aviation events.   This is where she caught the ‘aviation bug’ and was introduced to the APS team and the concept of unusual attitudes and Upset Prevention and Recovery Training.

Together with her prior experience in network marketing and sales in the industrial, institutional and commercial market places, she recognized an opportunity at APS and was immediately committed to being an integral part of the company’s growth.

Faye joined the company in January 2000 as a corporate sales manager, coordinator and airshow announcer.  Her entrepreneur spirit and passion for establishing customer relationships has allowed Faye to play a pivotal role in the APS growth.  Faye became an owner in 2008 and her favorite moments continue to be meeting the clients in person that she has spent years corresponding with via email.

Faye is responsible for leading and guiding the sales and marketing teams and ensuring APS customers are presented with valuable information so they can make an informed decision on the best UPRT solution for them.  She is currently developing a high-quality team to accomplish APS’s overall goals in generating new and recurring business as well as for the safety of the operation. Her primary duties are to manage key functions of APS operations including Client Operations/Account Management, Product Management and New Hires as the organization implements new products and initiatives and experiences continued growth and change.  Her department is also responsible for scheduling of clients, pilots, and aircraft for all APS locations. She participate as a member of the senior management team and contributes to annual business, organizational and strategic planning, performing special projects at the direction of the President and present to management team as required.

Faye moved to the United States from a small town in Saskatchewan, Canada in November 2000, and lives in Queen Creek, Arizona. She and her husband, Ryan, both have an entrepreneurial spirit. She loves animals, flying and traveling with her husband when the opportunity arises as he also owns an aircraft charter company and flies corporately.
