PROFESSIONAL JET PILOTS - INTEGRATED FULL SOLUTION
COMBINED SIMULATOR / IN-AIRCRAFT JET UPSET TRAINING
Pricing $4,575.00 Quantity

  • Training Missions Included:
    • SURT 1, SURT 2, SURT 3
    • URT 2 and URT 3 (details below)
This 3-day, 5-mission course is an integrated solution to the mitigation of the Loss of Control In-Flight threat. Participants get all the benefits of 3 flights of technologically advanced glass cockpit procedural training correlated with 2 flights of real-life upset recovery training in aerobatic aircraft. Actual aircraft training provides first-hand experience in dealing with the realities of angle of attack management, g-awareness, spatial disorientation and mental challenges of dealing with reality vice simulated scenarios. Like the simulator-only version, this course is designed to meet and exceed the recommended upset training in the FAA Airplane Upset Recovery Training Aid. As in all APS courses, clients receive comprehensive ground, flight and post-flight instruction on situations from stalls to unusual attitudes to wake turbulence, including real-life scenarios recreated in the simulator. Based on our formal research of more than 100 professional pilots, it is the absence of all-attitude awareness and fundamental recovery skills that perpetuate Loss of Control In-Flight as one of the leading causes of hull losses and fatal crashes in commercial aviation worldwide ... be prepared.
