Job Information

Aviation Performance Solutions (www.apstraining.com and www.fightercombat.com) is currently seeking a Full-time Client Services Specialists to start immediately.

Qualifications: Safety conscious individual with a strong character. Must be physically fit and willing to work outside during all seasons. Self-starter who works independently with ability to multi-task. Uses sound judgment when supervising other employees and promotes key values while adapting to and implementing changes when directed. Outgoing personality with emphasis on fun, teamwork, customer satisfaction and company growth. Calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, client service experience, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. Requires positive attitude and dynamic thinking with leadership ability. Administrative and phone skills are required as well as basic mechanical skills.

Must be prepared to work 5 days a week Tuesday-Saturday. Hours range from 5:15am - 3:45pm (depending on season).

Description:

- Prep planes (fuel, oil, cockpits, cleaning inside and outside, detailing)
- Assist Pilots/Mechanic with operations (any pre-flight needs)
- Prep Squadron for incoming customers (general cleanliness, trash removal, etc)
- Work with CSS and maintenance staff to accomplish and maintain a smooth work flow
- Organize time and priorities to accommodate scheduling and client needs
- Monitor employee hours and staffing needs to minimize overtime
- Receive, Direct and Host customers (ensure waivers/surveys complete, visit with clients and
families, explain flight maneuvers)
- Hosts customers while at facility
- Prep guests (assign flight suits, call signs, take photos/video)
- Ensure customer safety on flight deck and near aircraft
- Opportunity for cross utilization as maintenance apprentice
- Requires ongoing database maintenance & product knowledge
- Assist sales and marketing departments with projects
- Assist with Social Media
- Run errands
- Perform additional duties assigned by management

Physical requirements:
- 190 lbs. max weight
- Ability to assist in pushing out 1400 lbs. aircraft
- Ability to push 55-gallon oil drum
- Daily multiple trips up & down stairs
- High heat tolerance for outside work
