Pilot Information - Williams Gateway Airport, Mesa Arizona

APS Emergency Maneuver Training

Williams Gateway Airport
Williams Gateway Airport, home and headquarters for APS Emergency Maneuver Training, is located in the Phoenix metropolitan area in Mesa, Arizona. The airport is just five miles south of the Superstition Freeway (U.S. Highway 60), which connects to Interstate 10.

Exit off of US Highway 60 at Power Road (Exit 188) - DO NOT TAKE THE SOSSAMAN ROAD EXIT OFF US-60. Merge onto and proceed south on Power Road for approximately 4.5 miles to the intersection of Power Road and E Ray Road. Turn left on E Ray Road. Ray Road immediately veers sharply to the right and becomes S Sossaman Road. As you proceed, you will have a reasonable view of the airport across desert terrain on the left and a golf course on the right as you drive towards the main development of the airport on S Sossaman Road. APS's International Headquarters facility (pictured below) is the fourth building on the left. It is the two-story hangar/office complex  (marked 5865) just past the Williams Gateway Airport Administration building. Our reception office is accessed through the west (road side) atrium doors then taking the stairs to the second level. Driving Directions
